I am a volunteer, design engineer and board member (secretary) of the foundation MAKERS4ALL.

The MAKERS4ALL Foundation aims to :

  • Produce fast response solutions, using 3D-printing or other innovative (or innovatively applied) methods.

  • Offer these fast response solutions to those who requests our help, during crises, disasters, other calamities or shortages.

  • Do what is necessary to facilitate or enable the before mentioned, in the broadest sense of the word.

MAKERS4ALL started in March 2020 in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. MAKERS4ALL is a group of about 100+ MAKERS in the Netherlands (and a few in Belgium and Suriname), who have put their 3D-printers to good use during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They 3D-printed PPE to help overcome the shortages and donated these PPE to health/care workers, people in contact-professions and people who are in a risk group.

This printing capacity we have also used to help the people in Ukriane during the war with Russia.

In 2022 we have printed parts for tourniquets and in 2023 we have printed thousands braces for injured Ukrainiers.
